SMA Coaxial Contacts

SMA coaxial contacts are designed for the frequency range direct current (DC) to 12.4 GHz. By using semi-rigid cables this range can be increased to 18 GHz. The characteristic impedance is 50 Ohm.
SMA connectors are available in various assembly-, material- and cable termination- types.

SMB Coaxial Contacts

SMB coaxial contacts provide a repeatable electrical performance up to a frequency of 4 GHz. The characteristic impedance is 50 Ohm resp.
75 Ohm. SMB connectors are available in various assembly-, material- and cable termination- types.

MCX Miniature Coaxial Contacts

Due to the very compact design the MCX- and MMCX- coaxial contacts are ideal for GPS, wireless communications (WLAn and mobile) and automotive applications.
The snap-on" connection feature offers the user ease of assembly in dense packaging arrangements. MCX and MMCX coaxial contacts provide a repeatable electrical performance from DC to 6 GHz. The characteristic impedance is 50 Ohm resp. 75 Ohm for MCX- and 50 Ohm for MMCX- coaxial contacts.
Next terminations are available:
- Straight/right angled cable termination (also semi-rigid)
- Only with MCX: Straight cable termination with bulkhead (also semi-rigid)
- Straight/right angled PCB termination

MMCX Microminiature Coaxial Contacts

F Coaxial Contacts

The female F connectors are designed to accept mating conductors with 0.8mm/.021" to 1.3mm/.047" diameter or RG-6 and RG-59 male F connectors.
F-coaxial contacts are available as:
- Straight cable termination with bulkhead
- Angled PCB termination

The high voltage contacts feature a proof voltage of 4 kV/50Hz and an operating voltage of < 3 kV.

Non-Magnetic Contacts

For those customised and universal applications only non-magnetic material and alloying are chosen, applied, inspected and measured. The final product is tested by a precision meter in order to guarantee for a permeability μr ≤ 1,0025.
Advantages of the FCT contacts:
Preventing any perturbation triggered off by electro-magnetic impulses.

The non-magnetic contacts are labelled in the ordering code by the surface specifications. (e. g. series FMX, FMS, FME, FBM, FMP: "111", "128", "133"etc.)
