CAN-Bus Connectors
Interfaces are used for transmission of information between single components of a system.
In a Bus-system all components are connected onto the same data line by short stubs.
The time and effort for the wiring is minimized and additional components easily can be connected.
The 9-pole D-Sub connector has been implemented as the connector for the CAN-Bus. In the nodes both pin- and socket-connectors are used simultaneously. Thereby further nodes can be integrated without interruption into the data line.
For the transmission of CAN-Bus signals at least a 3-pole cable with CAN-High, CAN-Low and ground is necessary.
